Thai Curried Chicken

6-8 chicken breasts
1/4 cup curry powder
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. garlic powder
1 onion, quartered
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
3 potatoes, peeled and diced
1 cup water
1 stick of butter

Instructions:

Place chicken in crock pot, throw in all other ingredients except water. Toss all ingredients to coat each piece with seasoning. Pour in water and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Serve over bed of rice.
