Nunny’s Lasagna Soup

Lasagna Soup 1 lb ground beef (or vegetarian crumble) 3 cups of beef broth (or vegetable broth to make vegetarian) 4-5 cloves of garlic, minced 1 TB dried parsley 1 TB dried basil 1/2 cup chopped onion 1, 28 oz can of diced tomatoes 1, 6oz can of tomato paste 1 cup V8 (or any vegetable drink) 2 cups uncooked shell pasta 1/4 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup of water Optional topping – shredded cheese….not an option in my house Brown meat in a skillet, drain fat.Mix together the can of tomatoes, and tomato paste in crockpot.Add broth, beef, garlic, parsley, basil, onion, V8 and salt/pepper.Cover and cook on LOW for 7-8 hours or on HIGH for 4-5 hours.When 30 minutes are left of cook time, add in the 1 cup of water and noodles. Chicken Enchilada Soup

5-7 frozen chicken breasts 1 can of corn drained 1 can of diced tomatoes (do not drain) 2 cups of chicken broth 1 can of red enchilada sauce 1 can of diced green chiles 1 can of black beans (optional) 1 white onion chopped 1 teaspoon of chili powder 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cumin 1/2 teaspoon pepper Place chicken into the bottom of a slow cooker. Add the corn, beans, tomatoes, chicken broth, enchilada sauce, green chiles, onion, cilantro, bay leaves, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook on Low for 6 hours. Creamy cheesy pumpkin chicken stew

4-6 Chicken breasts 2cans of pumpkin 1 small can of carrots drained 1 cup of chicken broth 1 can of corn drained 1 can of cream of chicken 1 bay leaf 2 teaspoons of cinnamon 1 teaspoon of paprika Dash of salt 4 potatoes, cubed Potatoes, chicken, corn, carrots in bottom or crockpot. Cheeseburger soup

1 lb ground beef 1 med onion, dived 1 celery stalk, diced 1 carrot, diced 1 14oz can diced tomatoes 5 beef bouillon cubes 4 cups water 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce 1 teas Montreal Steak Seasoning ½ teas garlic salt ¼ teas freshly ground black pepper Salt to taste ½ cup frozen corn Shredded cheddar cheese for topping Orzo(cook, drain and throw in slow cooker in the end) In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and drain. 1lb ground beef 1 small onion, chopped 1 can of ready to serve minestrone soup 1 can stewed tomatoes 1 can whole kernel corn, drained One can chopped green chilies 1 can of pinto beans, drained and rinsed 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder In a frying pan ,cook beef and onion until the meat is no longer pink and drain. Chicken Tortilla Crockpot Soup

1 pound shredded, cooked chicken 1 (15 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes, mashed 1 (10 ounce) can enchilada sauce 1 medium onion, chopped 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 cups water 1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 bay leaf 1 (10 ounce) package frozen corn 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro 7 corn tortillas vegetable oil Directions Place chicken, tomatoes, enchilada sauce, onion, green chiles, and garlic into a slow cooker. Pour in water and chicken broth, and season with cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, and bay leaf. Stir in corn and cilantro. Cover, and cook on Low setting for 6 to 8 hours or on High setting for 3 to 4 hours. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly brush both sides of tortillas with oil. 1 lb mild bulk Italian sausage 2 garlic cloves,minced 1 cup water 1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes 1/2 tsp basil 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce 8 oz frozen tortellini 1 cup chopped onion 5 cups beef broth 1 1/2 cups shredded zucchini 1 cup grated carrots 1/2 tsp oregano 1 medium green pepper, chopped Brown sausage and drain grease. Place sausage, onions, garlic, broth, water, tomatoes, carrots, and tomato sauce in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours. Bacon Potatoe Soup

Potato Soup 3lbs potatoes 1 onion, diced 5 cups chicken or vegetable broth Sprinkle thyme, leaves  1/4 cup butter sprinkle salt sprinkle pepper 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (about 8 oz) 1 cup sour cream 6 thick-cut slices bacon, cooked and crumbled 2 green onions, sliced Combine potatoes, onion, broth, thyme, butter, salt and pepper in slow cooker.  Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or high for 3 to 4.  Use an immersion blender to puree to desired consistency.  Alternatively, puree in batches using a regular blender or food processor.  Add cheese and sour cream and stir until melted and blended.  Top with bacon and green onions to serve. Cheeseburger Soup

Thank you Angela Greathouse! Ingredients~ 4 small potatoes (partially boiled-10 min) 1 lb. Ground Beef (browned and seasoned to taste) 1 family can of tomato soup 2 regular cans of cheddar cheese soup 32 ounces Beef Broth 1 can peas (drained) 1 can of corn (drained) Directions~ Mix all the items together in the crockpot and then season with Seasoning Salt, Black Pepper, Rosemary, Thyme, and Onion Powder. Since the potatoes and meat are pre-cooked, you will only need to cook for an additional 2 to 3 hours in the crockpot. Read More »
