Taco salad


2 lbs. ground beef 2 tsp. garlic powder 2 tsp. onion powder Taco seasoning packet 1 small onion, minced  1 clove garlic, minced  1/2 tsp. oregano Place all of your spices in a bowl and mix it up.Crumble your raw ground beef into your crock.Sprinkle your seasoning onto your beef and stir it up. Cook HIGH for 1 hour to “brown” the beef a bit. Stir it up and break it up a bit. Then, cook it on LOW for 5-6 hours, or on HIGH for 2.5-3 hours. I took out quite a bit of grease before serving. Steak Fajitas

Thanks Ange Zee! 1 1/2 pound Beef Flank Steak 2-3 bell peppers (variety of colors) 1 large white onion Sauce Ingredients : 2 limes juiced 1 orange juiced 1/2 cup cilantro leaves and stems 1 chipotle pepper (from a can of chipotle peppers in adobe, hispanic food aisle) 1 garlic clove 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon cumin Items for serving Flour or corn tortillas Guacamole Monterey jack cheese Sour cream In a blender combine sauce ingredients (lime juice, orange juice, cilantro, chipotle pepper, garlic clove, salt, pepper and cumin). Pulse these items. Put flank steak in slow cooker, and pour sauce over the steak. Slice bell peppers and onions in a thick slice.Put bell peppers and onions on top of steak and sauce.Set slow cooker to low, and cook for 8 hours. Cheesy Chicken and Rice

Slow Cooker Cheesy Chicken & Rice. Ingredients 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast 1 large chopped onion 8 ounce box of Zatarain’s Rice Mix (Cooked) 1 cup of shredded Cheddar or Colby Jack 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup 1 Can of Corn or use two cups of frozen veggies. Salt & Pepper to taste. Instructions -Place Chicken, Onion, Cream of Chicken Soup, and veggies (only if using frozen) to your slow cooker. -Cook for 3-4 hours on high, and 6-7 on low. - After Chicken is Cooked, add your cooked rice, Cheese, and veggies(if using canned vegetables) to the Slow Cooker. - Cook until the corn heats up and the Cheese is melted. - Stir it all up a bit, Serve & Enjoy!
