Crock Pot Italian Meatballs 2 lb. of hamburger meat – RAW 1 cup of crumbled pretzels 2 eggs 1 tablespoon fresh basil 1 tablespoon oregano 1 tablespoon sea salt 1 jar of tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce 1 cup of fresh spinach 1 cup of onion Mix ingredients together and form into meatballs (I use an ice cream scoop to keep form and size consistency). This will make about 16 meatballs. Just stack them on top of each other in the crock pot and pour sauce over it. Cook on low 6-8 hours and serve over your favorite pasta.
