Crock Pot Cheesy Grits

1.5 cups of stone ground grits 6 cups of water 2 teaspoons salt 2 cups cream 1 teaspoon salt 2 sticks of butter (yeah this recipe is not on my most healthy list – but so worth it) 12 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese Add grits, water, and salt to crock pot and cook on low for 7 hours.
