Roast , Veggies, and Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

4-5 red potatoes cut into bite size pieces

1 pork loin roast (3.5-4 lbs)
4 carrots cut also into bite size pieces
1/2 cup water
1 package ( 10 ounces) frozen baby peas
1 packet of Lipton Onions Mix.
salt and pepper to taste
I like to  marinate my meat the night before in a Gallon Freezer  bag . I take a  1/2 cup or water and 1 packet of Onion Mix and I mix it up  and pour it in Freezer bag  and then place the meat inside and put in the refrigerator until your ready to slow cook.
Place potatoes,carrots and pork roast in crock pot
add water cover
cook on low 6-8 hours or until vegetables are tender
Add peas during the last hour of cooking.
Makes 6 servings
