Kimmy’s Beef Stew Heaven

2 pounds stew meat cubed
5-carrots cut into 1 inch pieces
4-medium-size potatoes cut into 1 inch cubes
1-onion cut into 1 inch slices
2- garlic cloves crushed
1- cup frozen peas
2- celery stalks chopped small
3- cups beef broth
1- tablespoon Worcestershire
1- tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1- tsp gravy Master
1/2 cup of dry white wine
1- tsp thyme
2- Tbs fresh chopped parsley
S&P
3Tbs flour
2 bay leaves

Put the meat in a Ziploc bag with the flour and toss it around until it’s coated. Brown the meat in hot oil then set aside, in the same pan add your potatoes onions garlic carrots and celery. Just let it saute a few minutes just to get a little color on it.
Then and you meat back to the pan and the rest of the ingredients except the Peas. I cooked mine in the slow cooker on high for four hours then I added the peas and then cook it on low for one hour.
Add salt-and-pepper as you desire
