Crockpot Peach Tomatillo Shredded Beef Tacos

Chuck roast
1 can of rotel
1 jar of My Brothers Salsa – Peach Tomatillo Salsa
1 chopped green bell pepper
1 chopped onion

Cook all ingredient on low 8 hours. Shred meat in sauce and serve in your favorite tortillas with your favorite toppings such as chopped avocado, sour cream, or shredded cheese.
