Creamy Three-Cheese Chicken & Artichoke Bow Tie Pasta

5-7 frozen chicken breasts
1 can of small artichoke hearts, drained
2 cloves of minced garlic
2 jars of your favorite Alfredo sauce

Pour all ingredients in the crock pot and cover with sauce. Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours and serve over cooked and drained bow tie pasta.
