1 cup uncooked rolled oats 2 cups of water  Sprinkle water and pepper  1/4 tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg Spray slow cooker with non- stick cooking spray. 3 cups of milk 5.5 oz box au gratin potatoes 1 tsp prepared mustard 1 tsp hot sauce  9 slices of Bacon, cooked 1 cup of cheese, shredded Directions: Spray the slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Breakfast goodness

1 lb. sausage 1 bag (32 oz.) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes 1 dozen large eggs, slightly beaten (or 2 cartons of egg substitute) 3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded Cook sausage and drain. Slice them up into bite size pieces. Then, place ⅓ of the hash browns in the bottom of the slow cooker followed by part of the cheese and topped by ⅓ of the sausage. Repeat this pattern until you’ve used all the sausage, hash browns and cheese or until the slow cooker is full.Then pour the eggs on top in the slow cooker.Turn the slow cooker on low for 7-9 hours. Western Omelet Casserole

32oz bag frozen hash brown potatoes 1 lb. cooked sausage or cubed ham 1 medium onion, diced 1 1/2C shredded cheese 12 eggs 1 C. Milk 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper Layer one third each of frozen potatoes, meat, onions, and cheese in bottom of slow cooker. Repeat two times.Beat together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Cheesy Ham and HashBrowns

8 ounces cooked, diced ham 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of potato soup 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese Preheat over to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.In a large bowl, mix hash browns, ham, cream of potato soup, sour cream and Cheddar cheese. Spread evenly into prepared dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Slow Cooked Breakfast with family

Servings-8 Ingredients~ 1 dozen eggs 1 cup milk 2 lbs of hash brown potatoes (you can use frozen hash brown, just cook an extra hour) 1 lb of bacon-cooked, drained and cut into pieces ( or you can use any of your favorite breakfast meat) 1/2 cup onions-diced 3 cups cheddar cheese-shredded 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp of pepper Directions~ Beat eggs until well blended. Next, add the milk, garlic powder, mustard, 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper, and beat it in. Set this aside. Layer potatoes and sprinkle 1/3 of the onions on top. Next sprinkle 1/3 of the bacon.
