Black & Blue Drunken Chicken & Potatoes

1 can of Guinness
1 can of blue moon
1 tablespoon – paprika
1 tablespoon – mustard seed
1 tablespoon – onion flakes
1 teaspoon – salt
4 potatoes peeled and cubed
5-7 frozen chicken breasts

Place chicken and potatoes in bottom of crockpot, coat with spices then top with Guinness and Blue Moon. Cook on low for 6-8 hours and top with French’s fried onion strings (optional)
