Beef and Broccoli

2 Lbs. chuck steak cut into strips (I used a boneless chuck roast) 1 can of beef consomme  1/2 cup of oyster sauce  2 tablespoons cornstarch 1.5 lbs. broccoli florets (steamed) 3 tbs. sesame seeds
Place beef in slow cooker, cover with consomme and oyster sauce.Cook beef on HIGH for 3 hours.Remove 2 tablespoons of liquid, mix together with cornstarch. Add cornstarch mixture back into slow cooker and stir, creating a thicker “gravy”.Cook on HIGH an additional 15 minutes.Add broccoli, mix, and cook on HIGH for 10 additional minutes.Serve over white rice and serve with sesame seeds
