Apple Butter

12 Granny Smith apples, cut into fourths

1 1/2 cups brown sugar

1/2 cup apple juice

1 tsp. allspice

1 tsp. nutmeg

1/2 tsp. ground cloves

Mix all ingredients in slow crock pot. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours. Mash apples with potato masher or large fork. Cook on low 1 more hour, stirring occasionally. Cool about two hours. Cover and store in refrigerator for up to two weeks. 1 WW pt. per serving- serving = 1 tblsp.
